FFL FIREARM TRANSFER
FFL POLICY:
- All FFL requests Must be made by a valid FFL license holder
- We require that the transferring FFL Must make initial contact with us requesting our FFL.
- We will not send our FFL informationWithout a request made by the transferring FFL first.
- When transferring a firearm to us Please include with the firearm a copy of your FFL along with a Bill of Sale.
- The bill of sale Should include the customer’s information, including name and phone number, along with gun information like make, model, serial number, and date of purchase.

Did you know that you can easily purchase guns online or out of state, whether it is from a licensed dealer or even an individual? Yes you can! Purchases from online, whether it is from a licensed FFL dealer or individual just MUST be sent to a licensed FFL dealer in your area to complete the transfer.
If you purchase a gun online from a licensed FFL dealer whether it be directly from their site or even from gunbroker.com, they will need a copy of a licensed dealers FFL from your area in order ship your gun.
This is where we come in. If you have purchased a gun online and/or out of state and you live in the Cape Coral/Fort Myers area and need a licensed FFL dealer to do the transfer paperwork for you, we can help! The licensed dealer that will be sending us the gun will need a copy of our FFL & we will need a copy of their FFL. It’s also a good idea that we know what make & model gun is coming, along with the order # from who you purchased the gun. This way we can make sure the right person gets the gun they are suppose to get. Of course there will be a small fee for this service to cover the costs of the background checks.
